This course showcases an introduction to user-centric perspective focusing on Product, Price, Convenience and Experience, as well as the role of online-offline integration in meeting the future needs of Chinese consumers.

The course also touches on the differences between product-centric and user-centric perspectives and features two detailed user-centric case studies – Xiaomi and Nio.

Paul Hu

Partner, Space Innovation, XNode

Paul Hu is the Partner of Space Innovation at XNode, with 20 years of cross-functional, cross-cultural, and cross-industry experiences. Prior to joining XNode, Paul created and developed a new business called Urban Ecosystems for JLL, a Fortune 200 commercial real estate (CRE) service firm. Paul was also the Managing Director and employee #1 for the co-working operator Naked Hub, the business he launched and 2.5 years later sold to WeWork for USD $400 million.

In line with Paul’s passion, he is currently conducting his Doctorate research on space and CRE innovation, business model innovation, user experience, online offline integration, ecosystem platform strategies.
